Support and mentoring for people leaders in the business, social services and faith-based sectors.

I specialise in supporting people leaders who are feeling the impact of role overload, conflict, or have lost some of the love of leading others.  If your predominant feelings are more discouraged, unsupported and overwhelmed, it may be time to bring a fresh set of eyes into the situation.  Only people who care burnout – so let’s reach out before we burn out.

Personal Consult.
I can offer a supportive, confidential environment to explore the core struggles you are facing. The things we don't talk out we tend to act out - so it is key to address the ambiguity, negative feelings about self and others, fatigue or fear and take tangible next steps to see things differently and find a hope for the future.

Corporate Learning/Experiences.
I regularly provide psycho-educational services to continue the education of your team in core leadership competencies. I have extensive experience (currently more than 200 times a year) in teaching a memorable 1 hour, 1/2 day or full day seminar that is customized training on mental health concerns, resliency, diversity, core leadership competencies, as well as managing others and self. I work closely with the Sr. Leadership and HR teams to understand the needs of the organization and then customize the material to be interactive and conversational.

As a former senior leader in an organization and department lead, I have experienced both the success and struggles in leading others the past 25 years.  As a consultant/coach to numerous senior executive and human resource teams I have sat at the table and worked through complex situations.  As a current small business owner managing a team of employees, I am engaged daily with the grind of doing business.
